Ok first proper day back at the gym and it feels amazing. I took my noxplode this morning and it worked straight away. No breakfast before the workout and still felt strong. Started off on decline bench and the strength was still there which surprised me. 60kg for a very easy 12 reps. I didn’t want to push it too hard as I didn’t want to pock up an injury. From there I went onto incline dumbbell presses from there onto triceps. I did skull crushers and one arm reverse grip cable press downs then orthodox EZ bar press downs.
For the chest exercises I did 5sets of 10-12 reps and stayed in that rep range the whole time. As for triceps with the skull crushers I maintained a rep range of 8-10 reps as I felt ive lost significant muscle mass and this would help reverse the loss. Now on the cable exercises I tried to go to failure every set and for these I did a total of 10 sets the reps ranged from 12-20 reps I did this to pump blood and nutrients to the muscles and overall get that beloved pump
The session was short but effective
No gym today back on Sunday to do chest. This is gonna be fun. 3 weeks off and then train weakest body part. Bring on Sunday morning. Lol.
I’ve eaten pretty well today but not 100% but hey im back on it next week.
Feeling good 12 hours sleep last night. Can’t moan.
I’m starting to get pain in the Achilles tendon area hut it eases the more walking I do so that’s a good sign.
Yes I think I’m not going to be taking DY nox pump anymore. I’m having a come down of sorts. In essence it’s not really a come down as I feel a bit ropey and somewhat over tired it’s 830 pm and I’m ready for bed. That’s not right. I’m gonna stick to noxplode from now on. Yeah. Buddy. Night.
Well what can I say. The day started off well but went tits up. Took the nox pump in the morning as usual. Got to the gym and started training.
The nox kicked in good every thing was going fine legs were jelly after leg extensions 7 sets with 2 warm up sets then I hit the 45 degree leg press. First set went fine 10 easy reps with an extra 2 forced reps to make 12. Fantastic. Second set 2 extra plates on each side to make 7 plates a side really deep reps. I got 10 reps with again 2 forced reps now I’m feeling like shit. 3rd set I’m thinking this will pass so I put an extra plate on each side to make 8 plates a side and I get 10 again the feeling has gone whilst I’m rapping out so I’m good. Yeah. NO. Soon as I get off the machine I feel like I’m seriously gonna throw up so I go and stand by the extractor fan. 4th and final set my training partner gets another plate so we put that on. And yeah the pain is intense and I get 8 reps at 9 plates. Now I’m really gagging. Rough as badgers arse. I try to do some hams but I only get one set. Can’t throw up either so I now try to do some calves and just putting 25kg on either side makes me feel sick so I quit and have a cold shower and I’m shaking like a gooden lol. So I shower up and I’m fine. It’s mental. So I take my meal replacement. And go to work. Usually in the afternoon I feel ropey after raking Dorian Yates nox pump so I’ll rePort back
